Who it’s not for
Not everyone. What changes is where the push lands, not how hard the pump is — there is no lever in this and the pump stays exactly as stiff — so if pressing is impossible rather than painful, something else is the better answer.

Standard fits a thin post with a long flat arm, Wide a broad flat top with a short side spout, and Dome a top that is round all over. Plenty of pumps sit right on the line between Standard and Wide, where either one will hold them; the size guide has the exact measurements and a gauge you can print free. Oval or unusual? Buy the PALM. If the size is wrong we exchange it free.

It goes in a pocket, so it comes with you
Off in seconds, into a pocket, on again at the gym or a public bathroom. A wall dispenser is screwed to the wall; an electric one has a tank. This one comes with you.
It doesn’t announce itself: it clips onto the bottle you already chose, so nothing on your sink looks like equipment. More on washing your hands away from home, including the answers that are not mine.
Also for small hands
A pump top is about the size of a 5p coin, so a small child can only push it with a fingertip, and often cannot. PALM gives them a whole palm, in a colour they choose.
Why we made it
I have neuropathy, and a soap pump everyone else pushes without thinking became a small daily battle. So I made this. A customer later told me her toddler could press it when she could not press the bare pump. That is part of what PALM is for now too. More about why.
Questions
Will it fit my pump?
Round top? You need Dome. Flat top? Measure across the narrow way at its widest — 16.6 to 21.2 mm is Standard, 21.2 to 25.3 mm is Wide. The two bands meet, and from 18.9 to 23.7 mm either one will hold it. Narrower, wider or an oval top: made to measure. If the size is wrong we exchange it free. If you would rather not measure, the Fit set is one of each fitting with a 3D printed gauge in the box.
How does it go on?
Standard and Wide go on spout first. Hold PALM level, put the wide opening of the slot over the spout end of the pump head, then slide PALM back along the head until it grips. The other way round will not seat. The Dome does not slide on. Place it over the rounded head, then press it all the way down until soap comes through the spout — that one full press is what seats it. The letter underneath says which you have.
What if my pump is an odd shape?
Order the made-to-measure option and we print to your exact pump, including oval heads. If it does not fit, we remake it or refund you.
What is it made of, and how do I clean it?
Bambu Lab PLA Pure, a plant-based filament from corn and sugarcane, certified against EU 10/2011 and EN 71-3 — a fact about the filament, not the finished part. It is strictly hand-wash only: warm water, no dishwasher. The mailer is home compostable to EN 13432 (TÜV OK compost HOME, licence S1362).
Returns and delivery?
Printed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, then 2–3 working days by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery is free. Cancel any time before it is posted, and you have 30 days after it arrives to change your mind — there is no condition about having used it.
Does it make the pump easier to push?
It makes it easier to press, not lighter. There is no lever, so the pump needs the same push as before. What changes is where that push lands: on a disc 62 mm across instead of a fingertip. If pressing any pump is impossible for you, our guide compares the alternatives.
Is it safe for children?
It is 62 mm across, far larger than the small parts that pose a choking risk to a young child, but it is not a toy and is not sold as one. An adult should fit it. Hand-wash only, in warm water.

Accessory
A PALM [clip] is the coloured face. It clips onto a white PALM adapter, and the adapter is what grips the pump. A clip on its own does not fit a bottle.
